You’ve tasted our signature dish – the Original Chef’s Special. Now, the marinade is yours to enjoy!

The sauce’s secret weapon lies in the use of scotch bonnet peppers alongside kpakpo (a spicy green chilli from Ghana), freshly blended with exotic seasoning and spices. This potent mix gives a vigorous burst of flavours along with a spicy kick – perfect as a marinade or as an accompaniment to any meal.

Original Chef's Special Spicy Omelette

Ingredients

2-3 eggs

1 tbsp of Original Chef's Special Chilli Sauce

½ medium sized onion

1 medium sized tomato

1tsp cooking oil (or butter if you prefer)


Method

Peel and cut onions into thin strips.

Cut tomato into thin strips.

Break eggs carefully into a bowl and whisk with a fork. Season with salt and Original Chef's Special Chilli Sauce.

Add tomato and onions to egg mixture in bowl.

Bring frying pan to heat with oil or butter. 

Pour egg mixture into pan  as soon as its piping hot.

Draw edge of omlette into centre and tilt pan for excess liquid to flow into space.

When no liquid is left, overturn the omelette and cook on other side for half-a-minute.

Fold and serve.
